How can I pay if I don't have a credit card?

You can make payment by faxing us your name,address, phone number and what you wish to order and credit card details, card number,expiry date and name of card holder (Visa or MasterCard) if you don't wish to use our secure server. The fax number is ++6494755213.

You can also post to Lovely Health Ltd, 855B Beach Road, Browns Bay, Auckland 1311, NEW ZEALAND, a Bank Draft payable to Lovely Health Ltd.
Also you can pay by Telegraphic Transfer all costs at your expense to my bank account in New Zealand or Germany. Send an email to : enquiries@nznaturalhealth.com and we will send you the details.

Is my Credit Card number safe?

All your personal details are entered through a secure server which has special security on it. We do not pass on your details to any other third party.

How do I know that I am going to get my order once you have charged my credit card?

We have been in business on the internet for five years now and would have been closed by the New Zealand authorities if we did not meet our obligations. Also the credit card companies would close our accounts. Our business has a very high number of repeat customers which would not happen if they were unsatisfied.

What do I do if my order does not arrive after ten working days?

Send an email to : orders@nznaturalhealth.com giving order number and details of order and we will check it out
